You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can mail the package at our mail address. All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
